Orders and Shipping:

At Nef Studio, orders can be delivered every day of the week. The delivery costs are determined based on the chosen service and its destination. During the ordering process, you will find the available delivery options displayed at checkout, tailored to your destination.
Cash on Delivery (COD) service is offered for customers in Greece, and Cyprus. You can find the relevant prices listed below:

European (EU) Orders
Express Delivery (10-14 day delivery) = €11.50

USA Orders
Delivery (10-14 day delivery) = €11.50

We aim to despatch your order on the same working day for orders placed before 1pm.
If we don’t have an item in our warehouse this may take 3-5 working days. If you want to know the date of delivery for a specific item, please contact us on info@nef.gr (Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm).

All items, when available, will be sent on a next-day signed-for delivery service

Returns and Exchanges

At Nef Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or there might be a need for an exchange. This Returns and Exchanges policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging items purchased from our website. Please read the following information carefully.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

– Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
– Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
– Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
– Earrings, Grillz and other intimate or hygienic items, for sanitary reasons, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

– To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team by email or contact form within the specified timeframe.
– Provide your order details, reason for the return/exchange, and any relevant information to assist us in processing your request.

Return Shipping Process:

– We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.
– Ensure that the item is securely packaged and protected to prevent damage during transit.

Evaluation and Processing:

– Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
– If the item is deemed eligible, we will proceed with the refund/exchange process as per your request.
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed promptly.

Refund and Exchange Options:

– Refunds: You will receive a refund for the returned item, excluding any shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes paid (if applicable).
– Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, we will assist you in selecting a suitable alternative. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:

– Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
– Earrings, Grillz and other intimate or hygienic items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

– In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
– We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs, to assess the situation and resolve the issue promptly.

Additional Information:

– Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
– For international returns, please ensure that any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process are paid by the sender.
– Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 3 business days upon receiving the returned item.

What happens if you aren’t in when the postman knocks?

All our packages must be signed for – we don’t want your fantastic new items to go walkabout! If you’re not in, our courier will leave a card explaining whether they will attempt a re-delivery, ask you to rearrange delivery, or let you know where you can collect the item from.

Please note: delivery times may be longer if we don’t have items in our warehouse.
